If you don't feel like skimming over the whole thing for a particular Pokemon, you can try using Ctrl+F; or just note that the list is in numerical (National Dex) order. Basically, you can choose any Pokemon that is first-form and not a Legendary (one of a kind).

If the Pokemon you are looking for is NOT on this list, then you CAN still choose it - on one condition. Your character will fall under the Anything Goes rule, where the moderator can literally do whatever he/she wants with your thread. If you choose this option, expect insanity. That's what made DN2, after all!
